H&H Builders Inc. began business in December 2001, in Kingsley IA. Longtime friends and co-workers; Lance Howe and Brett Harvey started their construction company after completing their degrees in Construction Management and Business at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls IA.

Since its inception, H&H Builders Inc. has grown from a small residential construction company to a residential and commercial construction company with annual sales averaging $3-5 million. Some of the services they provide include new construction, remodeling, additions, concrete, custom blueprint drawing and project management. They serve a vast area which includes NW Iowa, SE South Dakota and NE Nebraska and also complete projects both large and small.
